By working with some of the biggest companies in the real estate area, we have build up a great experience in designing and creating promotional vehicles (web sites, brochures, presentation CDs, 3D images and movies, visual identity, interactive banners and many more) for this particular kind of business. That, and the constant demand from clients in this area has created the need for a special department in Pictas Interactive, concentrated entirely on this field. Pictas Interactive proudly presents the site for the 700 mil. euros investment- Tiago Malls chain. www.Tiago.ro is now online, along with three more sites for the cities in which malls are under construction. The other seven sites will be developed along with the progress of the actual malls.

For this project, Pictas Interactive has developed a creative concept in which a color from the Tiago brand is assigned to each mall. All sites look friendly, have very nice design and are extremely easy to use. They contain descriptions of the project and the cities in which they are built, 3D images with interiors and exteriors of malls, and one of the best virtual tours you have ever seen, of which we are particularely proud . Moreover, promotional brochures for each mall are available for download, also developed by Pictas Interactive. In the leasing section of www.Tiago.ro the form allows the pre-leasing of commercial space in any of the 10 malls, therefore making it easy for the retailers to contract their space.

What the heck, we've done it so many times for others, we figured it was time to indulge ourselves for a change.

So we gave ourselves a great present: a new visual identity that came along with lots of other exciting stuff.
